    This is an Australia . Comemorative  Proof coin made for the 2000 Olympics.  It is composed of 99.9 % Silver and called "A Sea Change".  It has the original box and certifcate.  The mintage was limited to 100,000 pieces. It was made by the Perth mint for the Royal Australian Mint.  It's a beautiful cameo proof coin.
