This 35.40 by 23.60 x 1-inch insulation board provides fire-resistant insulation for any home or commercial application where high heat is present. Constructed from pure form alumina and silica, this insulation features a support service temperature up to 2,600 degrees Fahrenheit with a density of 20 to 24 pounds per cubic foot. Easily cut to exact shapes and specifications using a knife and hacksaw blade, and capable of being drilled and machine, you can properly fit in any trim, mold, shape, or form necessary to create trustworthy heat resistance.
Featuring low thermal conductivity and high tensile strength, you can keep yourself, your coworkers, or your loved ones safe and your equipment working perfectly. Ideal for use with hot face lining of ceramic fiber kilns, insulation for kiln cars, furnace door insulation, duct insulation, general thermal barriers, and high-temperature insulation, you'll be able to insulate your high heat systems or unit with ease.
