Vtg Flower Frog Rippled Amber Glass Posey Vase Bowl & Frog  2piece Patent 436637

Description

Vtg Flower Frog Rippled Amber Glass Hat Shape Vase with separate flower frog.  Art Deco.  Condition is Used.
The hat shaped bowl is  rippled on the underside.  I have only seen one other on ebay marked made in England but this bowl is not marked.   Think this is made by Bagley and called "Posey Vase" in England.  Looks similar to
Duncan Miller Caribbean.
Flower frog has 8 holes plus a center hole.  Bowl measures
6 7/8" diameter.   2 1/2".
When frog inside bowl, frog  adds a 1/2' to 3".
Frog has 2 chips on feet.  And fractures on the center hole, not cracks.  The center hole was ground smooth.  Maybe this was a production piece.  The frog resembles a mushroom in shape.  3 1/8" diameter x 2" tall
The frog has raised information.
"Patent No 436637"  and "R08--118".  I cannot find this patent number in US patents.
I have about 30 frogs and this one is 2nd most special.
